On May 19, Doja Cat tweeted about undergoing emergency tonsil surgery, because her throat was completely messed up. "dr. just had to cut into my left tonsil. i had an abscess in it. my whole throat is f**ked." This occurred during her successful tour with multi-platinum artist, The Weeknd, and during festival season.
